Job Description

Administrative Assistant

A leading investment management company is seeking a temporary Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to its Real Estate team. This fully onsite role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of a high-performing group within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to multiple members of the Real Estate team, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and correspondence.
  • Serve as a liaison with internal staff, external partners, vendors, brokers, and counsel.
  • Prepare, edit, and format documents and presentations.
  • Arrange and coordinate travel logistics.
  • Process expense reimbursements and vendor invoices using Concur.
  • Support data entry, recordkeeping, and information-sharing initiatives.
  • Provide occasional backup coverage for office services.
  • Assist with special projects and process improvement efforts as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative support role within a professional environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion with confidential information.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic setting.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook; experience with Concur strongly preferred.
  • Comfortable interfacing with executives and external stakeholders.

Compensation: $43.00- 45.00/hr
