Job Description

We are hiring an Administrative / Billing Specialist on behalf of a distribution company. This is a direct hire opportunity with full benefits!

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain records for customer product lease and deposit agreements
  • Handle collection activities for outstanding product leases
  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct them to appropriate personnel (handling both B2C and B2B calls)
  • Prepare monthly billing for product lease renewals
  • Process quarterly write-off files
  • Input data, type correspondence, manage incoming mail (date stamp, distribute), prepare outgoing mail, make copies, print reports, handle collections, and interact with customers and service accounts
  • Troubleshoot, make decisions, and think quickly in various situations
  • Conduct research on data as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of business transactions and activities
  • Prepare reports for management review
  • Ensure proper control and organization of paperwork and forms

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-5 years of previous customer service and administrative experience preferred
  • Strong reasoning, math, and language skills
  • Above-average clerical skills with the ability to perform a wide range of duties, meet specific standards and tolerances, and work effectively with people

Additional Info:

  • Pay range : $20/hour - $26/hour (DOE)
  • Schedule : Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (some flexibility)
  • Location : Saint Paul, 100% onsite
  • Type : Direct Hire
