Objectives: ( Aesthetician)

• Provide world-class customer service to ensure a positive experience for our patients
• Perform a variety of skincare treatments and laser procedures
• Educate patients on skincare routines and the importance of homecare
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver comprehensive treatment plans
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
• Demonstrate a strong desire to learn and grow in the field of medical aesthetics
• Work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Take initiative and demonstrate problem-solving skills
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory guidelines

Required Competencies: ( Aesthetician)

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Current MA Aesthetics license
• Working knowledge of lasers is preferred but not required
• Strong background in skincare and comprehensive treatments
