Overview:

The Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) supports the Branch Manager in leading day-to-day branch operations, team development, and customer satisfaction. This role plays a key part in achieving business objectives by ensuring operational excellence, fostering a high-performing team culture, and executing company strategies across safety, sales, financial performance, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Safety:

• Ensure branch operations run smoothly and safely, meeting company standards and OSHA compliance.

Team Leadership:

• Support recruitment, training, coaching, and performance management to build and maintain a high-performance team.

Financial & Business Growth:

• Assist in achieving financial targets, managing vendor/customer relationships, and executing pricing and sales strategies.

Customer Service & Sales:

• Promote a customer-focused culture, ensure high satisfaction, and support development of local sales strategies.

Planning & Communication:

• Collaborate on business planning, track key metrics, communicate effectively across teams, and support company initiatives.
