Job Description

Our client, a global leader in Life Sciences is seeking a strategic and experienced Associate Director, Executive Recruiting to lead the end-to-end executive search process. In this pivotal role, you will identify, attract, and secure world-class executive talent across global markets to support our ambitious business goals and strengthen our leadership pipeline.

You’ll serve as a trusted talent partner to senior leadership and HR, contributing thought leadership and acting as a key advisor on talent strategy, succession planning, and workforce trends.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and execute innovative, research-driven executive search strategies to attract top-tier leadership talent globally.
  • Engage and assess senior executives with precision, utilizing advanced executive recruiting methodologies.
  • Provide a white-glove candidate experience throughout the full recruitment lifecycle — from first touchpoint to successful onboarding.
  • Build strong, consultative relationships with senior business leaders and HR partners to align hiring efforts with strategic organizational needs.
  • Offer deep insights into the talent landscape, bringing forward market intelligence to help guide hiring decisions and succession planning.
  • Maintain and leverage an extensive network of executive talent, proactively building pipelines for current and future leadership needs.
  • Track and analyze external talent trends and internal business changes to help shape a forward-looking executive hiring strategy.
  • Partner with the broader HRLT and HR Business Partners to ensure hiring efforts support long-term strategic goals.

What You Bring:

  • Proven success in full-cycle executive recruiting, including deep experience managing complex negotiations and executive compensation discussions.
  • A strong understanding of global talent trends and the ability to translate market data into actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated behavioral and competency-based interviewing skills, with the ability to assess cultural and leadership fit.
  • Confidence and credibility in working directly with senior executives and high-profile stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • A collaborative, strategic mindset and a passion for helping organizations grow through great leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Life Sciences or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 12+ years of relevant experience, including direct experience in executive search, ideally within a global matrixed environment.
  • Expertise within the biopharmaceutical industry is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated strength in strategic agility, influence, and organizational savvy.
