Bilingual Logistics Specialist

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a Bilingual (Fluent in ENG/SPA - read, write, speak) Domestic Logistics Specialist to join their client's team in Florida. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can manage logistics operations efficiently while ensuring exceptional customer service.

This is 100% on-site role, traditional hours, with a high-performing team. Advanced MS Excel skills and at least three years of recent logistics experience required.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policies and procedures.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends.
• Responsible for proper documentation of export orders.
• Stay up to date on export regulations.
• Submit timely documentation as required.
• Manage all aspects of ocean freight, including booking, documentation, and execution, ensuring compliance with international shipping regulations and safety standards for hazardous materials.
• Work closely with internal teams, including supply chain, sales, and regulatory affairs, to ensure seamless coordination and communication throughout the shipping process.
• Work with confidential customer information.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open communication.
• Assist with various administrative tasks as needed.
