What you’ll be doing:
· Handle high volume caseload including NIV and IV matters such as H-1B, TN, E-3, L-1, PERM, I-140, I-485, and EB-1 (EA and OR).
· Manage 3 to 4 paralegals of various skill levels ranging from junior to senior and provide direction to staff using extensive knowledge of business immigration.
· Be fluent with case management and other reporting tools and technologies used to manage data and information.
· Work with clients to perform intake of cases, troubleshoot issues, and establish case strategy
· Analyze case documents and review immigration applications for filing with the appropriate government agency
· Draft complex Requests for Evidence, Motions to Reopen, Appeals, and Audits to USCIS and DOL.
· Serve as point of contact for clients and regularly communicate with corporate clients and foreign nationals on case strategy and legal requirements.
· Participate in client webinars and on-site (one-on-one meetings) as required.
· Oversee the status of cases through the utilization of case management and billing systems
· Run reports as needed.
· Work closely in a team environment and provide updates while building knowledge of firm and client processes.
· Receive continuous training and development on requirements for various non-immigrant and immigrant visa petitions and applications.
