SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide formal supervision to operations supervisors/leads (Day & Night Shift)
• Oversee and approve the scope of work and coordinate work.
• Ensure the supervisors are providing the necessary material and resources for work.
• Participate in contract meetings with customers (requires local travel).
• Provides expert guidance, advice, and recommendations to management.
• Plan and monitor appropriate staffing levels and utilization of labor.
• Meet regularly with clients to ensure their satisfaction with services.
• Recommend staff recruitment, selection, advancement & corrective action.
• Prepares and delivers performance appraisal for staff.
• Resolves customer/employee complaints as necessary
• Oversee the training and development of the supervisory teams
Facility Management certification preferred. Driver's license required.
• Language: Bilingual (Spanish/English) required.
