About the Role

We are seeking a  Concierge Receptionist who is more than just a front desk presence. You will be the heartbeat of our client experience. This role blends hospitality, executive assistant skills, and customer service to ensure every client enjoys a seamless and luxurious visit. From offering a perfectly made protein shake to coordinating appointments with precision, your mission is to anticipate needs and create effortless experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• First Impressions Matter – Welcome clients warmly, ensuring every visit feels exclusive and personalized.
• Luxury Hospitality – Prepare and serve coffee, protein shakes, and chef-prepared meals with attention to detail.
• Seamless Scheduling – Manage appointment bookings, phone calls, and client inquiries with professionalism.
• Client Liaison – Guide clients through services, assist with requests, and coordinate their experience for maximum ease.
• Elite Service Environment – Maintain a pristine reception and lounge area that reflects our five-star standard.
• Confidentiality & Professionalism – Protect client privacy and uphold discretion at all times.
• Administrative Support – Assist staff with office tasks and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree – Preferably in hospitality, business administration, marketing, or a related field.
• Hospitality-Driven Mindset – A background in luxury hospitality, concierge services, or high-end customer care preferred.
• Professional & Personable – A polished, engaging demeanor with excellent communication skills.
• Tech-Savvy & Detail-Oriented – Experience with scheduling software (Mindbody, Elation EMR a plus), and Apple systems. 
• Multitasker with Follow-Through – Ability to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining exceptional service.
• Service Industry Experience – 3+ years in any hospitality field, medical concierge, wellness, or executive-level customer service required.
