Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Cleveland, TX, for a Construction Project Estimator. The Construction Project Estimator will be responsible for analyzing project requirements, preparing cost estimates, managing project budgets, and communicating with stakeholders to ensure accurate project forecasting. Day-to-day tasks include working closely with project managers, reviewing project plans, conducting field visits, and utilizing cost management techniques to provide detailed and competitive estimates.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the construction industry estimating, particularly with municipal plants
• Expertise in Construction Estimating, Project Estimation, and Cost Management
• Strong skills in Budgeting and Financial Planning
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools specific to project estimation and cost management
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Ability to work on-site and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
