Contracts Administrator

  • Salary: $85,000+ annually
  • Location: Parsippany, NJ
  • Position Type : Direct Hire

Summary:

GA Rogers + Associates is excited to announce an exceptional opportunity for a Contracts Administrator to join a distinguished local manufacturer with over 70 years of industry excellence.

In this pivotal role, you will work alongside a talented team of contract administrators, driving business growth while ensuring that our ambitious goals are met and that the team's performance consistently exceeds customer expectations. You will facilitate outstanding customer support through the appropriate management and execution of sales and marketing of products and solutions, business development, contract support, training, and the administrative management of product quality.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role that focuses on customer interaction, purchase order processing, contract administration, and order entry into an ERP system.
  • Knowledge of US Government Contracts and FAA regulations is required, or experience in a government-regulated industry.
  • Demonstrates initiative and ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication skills are required.
  • BS/BA preferred.
