An aviation company in Miami, FL is looking for a Contract Administrator for a Direct Hire opportunity. This position offers a starting salary between $75k-$100k as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
This position will ONLY consider candidates who have a background in Aviation and Aerospace leasing.
Job Summary:
The Contract Administrator supports the Legal and Commercial teams by managing contracts related to aircraft and engine leases and sales. This includes maintaining internal systems, tracking deadlines, and ensuring accurate documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect and organize contracts and amendments from the Legal team.
Track and manage deadlines for sales, purchases, and leases.
Provide contract details and leasing information to internal teams as needed.
Resolve data issues in coordination with Legal, Commercial, Technical, and Records teams.
Enter executed agreements into internal contract management systems.
Maintain and update contract documentation checklists.
Review files for completeness and follow up on missing documents.
Manage lessee background info and ensure Legal has all signed documents.
Coordinate with Compliance and Finance on new customer reviews and potential violations.
Handle contract signing, closings, and delivery notices.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
2–5 years in contract administration, legal support, or paralegal role.
Experience handling a high volume of contracts.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Skills & Abilities:
Understand and interpret contract terms.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Comfortable using databases and managing contract data.
Able to prioritize tasks and work independently under pressure.
Detail-oriented with a high level of confidentiality.
