Role Description

We are seeking a motivated Customer Service and Sales Representative to join our team in Clearwater, FL. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will be the face of our wireless clients, assisting customers with their needs while driving sales and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working with people, and have a passion for delivering top-tier customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and engage customers in-person, building strong relationships and trust.
  • Process sales transactions, handle orders, and ensure accurate account setup.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, service activations, and troubleshooting wireless products or plans.
  • Provide tailored product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
  • Work closely with team members and clients to meet performance and sales goals.
  • Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and ensure positive customer experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date on wireless industry trends, promotions, and client offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Proven skills in  Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Experience .
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to identify customer needs and match them with appropriate products or services.
  • A team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or the wireless industry is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certifications in sales or customer service are a plus.
