Customer Service Representative

Location: Cary, NC 27513

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM

Assignment Duration: Long term contract

Type: Onsite (Reliable daily attendance required)

We are seeking dependable and motivated Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our growing team in Cary, NC. This is an onsite role supporting patients with non-clinical pharmacy inquiries and delivery coordination. The ideal candidate thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls related to prescription delivery, payments, and general status updates.
  • Provide accurate, timely responses to patient inquiries regarding refills, shipping, insurance, and billing.
  • Document call details and progress notes to ensure smooth communication across teams.
  • Route calls to appropriate departments (nursing, pharmacy, or financial support) as needed.
  • Accurately record and report Adverse Events (AEs) and Product Complaints (PCs) for clinician follow-up.
  • Support miscellaneous administrative duties as assigned to meet operational needs.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a high-volume call center (preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear, empathetic, and professional phone manner.
  • Typing speed: 35+ words per minute.
  • Strong multitasking, data entry, and system navigation abilities.
  • Proven ability to stay composed under pressure and adapt quickly in a fast-paced setting.
