Our client, an upcoming beauty and skincare brand based in Santa Monica, is looking for a professional and dependable temp-to-hire Customer Service Representative with a background in fashion / beauty to join their team!

Responsibilities:

• Respond to all customer questions via phone call, email, and social media platforms in a kind and efficient manner.
• Assist with questions regarding product information, sizing, and customer concerns in a timely manner.
• Manage all returns, exchanges, and refunds with a sense of urgency and professional approach.
• Keep thorough records of customer communications / transactions in CRM.
• Collaborate with shipping, marketing, and design departments to resolve customer concerns.
• Stay updated on company promotions, policies, and new product launches to provide updated and accurate information to shoppers.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in procurement and sourcing.
• Experience in Microsoft applications such as office and excel.
• Excellent customer service / conflict resolution skills.
