Job Description

We have an opening for an experienced, in-office, full-time Customer Service Representative. This important role is the first to connect with our customers and provide the high level of service that we’re known for.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Answer inbound calls and follow up on voicemails

· Promote products, services, and maintenance plans

· Schedule service, maintenance, and sales appointments

· Make outbound calls

· Monitor and reply to customer emails

· Document customer concerns and resolution

· Assist with customer mailings and related projects

· Other duties as assigned

· Scheduled first shift, M-F, in-office, with rotating Saturday mornings

  • High personal integrity and desire to serve others
  • High school diploma/GED required (college experience or degree a plus)
  • 2+ years of customer service or call center experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Dependable, patient, and compassionate personality
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational ability
  • Strong computer and data entry skills, to include Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Multi-lingual ability preferred!
