Are you detail-oriented, organized, and great at multitasking? We're looking for a Data Management Specialist to handle document control, data entry, and records management in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and experience with Adobe.
🔹 What You’ll Do:
✔ Classify, catalog, store, and retrieve documents
✔ Perform data entry and track deliverables
✔ Maintain physical and electronic records
✔ Ensure document security, revision control, and compliance
✔ Conduct quality control and documentation reviews
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
✅ Strong attention to detail & ability to manage repetitive tasks
✅ Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
✅ Prior experience in document control, material test reports, or fab shop environments (preferred)
📍 On-site | Monday – Friday | Flexible Start Time
🎓 High School diploma required | Associate’s degree preferred
💼 0-2 years of experience (engineering documentation experience is a plus!)
