Position Overview:

We’re looking for a dynamic, creative, and strategic communications leader to amplify our story

Communications: you’ll be the powerhouse driving brand excellence across public relations,

internal communications, social media, content marketing, and events.

Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, you’ll shape brand perception and affinity,

inspire your team, and ensure every touchpoint delivers a “wow” moment. This role is perfect

take our storytelling to the next level. You will collaborate with executives on company

announcements and thought leadership pieces as well as other marketing functions to develop

and execute communication strategies that support key brand moments and product launches.

You will drive our share of voice across key media and influencer partners and publications,

amplifying Prolash’s narrative to generate interest and consideration for our products, and

fostering loyalty and love for the Prolash brand. This is a full-time hybrid role in the Corporate

Marketing organization, reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer in our Provo, UT office.

Primary Responsibilities:

Build and scale world-class global PR, Influencer, Social, Content Creation and Event

Functions

  • Maximize the impact of brand announcements by driving consistent press and

influencer coverage through thought leadership, leadership profiles, and compelling

customer and partner stories on our products.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to executives, to create and deliver

compelling messaging for corporate announcements, product launches, and key

business initiatives

  • Develop a strong network of reliable global spokespeople to meet communication

needs in every region

  • Craft and execute a comprehensive global communications strategy that aligns with

broader marketing, sales, and business objectives, reinforcing Prolash’s position as an

emerging market leader

  • Oversee all facets of external communication, including media relations, thought

leadership, public relations, social content, and brand visibility

  • Build and maintain relationships with top-tier media outlets, journalists, and industry

influencers to secure positive coverage

  • Support the development and continuous refinement of Prolash’s overarching narrative,

ensuring it resonates with the market and fosters advocacy among prospective and

current customers

  • Identify and craft key messages and storylines that differentiate the brand in

competitive markets, positioning Prolash as an emerging beauty leader

  • Manage crisis communications and reputation management strategies for Prolash
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure messaging is consistent across all

channels and campaigns

  • Lead and mentor a young team, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture with

opportunities for continuous development and growth

Required Qualifications:

- A bachelor’s degree in communications, or a related field is required; an advanced

degree is preferred

- Over 8 years of combined experience in communications, PR, and brand leadership roles

- In-depth knowledge of the Beauty or Consumer Goods sector, with strong relationships

with U.S. and international media and influencers, and a proven ability to manage

complex communication strategies across multiple regions

- Expertise in translating complex technology concepts into clear, compelling narratives

- Extensive media relations experience with a strong network of press and influencers

- Experience in creating crisis communication plans and effectively managing issues as

they arise

- Demonstrated ability to manage a global team across multiple time zones

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data and insights into actionable

strategies.

- Deep understanding of consumer marketing, digital and social marketing, and trends in

beauty health.

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence internal

and external stakeholders

- Highly creative and innovative, with a passion for the beauty and wellness industry.

- Graphic design/Photography/Videography experience a plus

- 2nd language a plus
