Distribution Center (DC) Team Member

Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Distribution Center (DC) Team Member to join our apparel print shop team. This role is responsible for supporting daily operations within our ecommerce fulfillment and production facility, including apparel printing, order processing, inventory handling, and outbound shipping. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and takes pride in delivering on time high-quality products to customers.

Our Story

Our story starts in 2012 when our founder, Pebby, stumbled across a $40 screen printing kit and decided to take a leap of faith that would change her life.

As a woman who had struggled for years to accept and love her body, she was tired of seeing herself as "lesser than." Fashion brands weren't offering anything that made her feel good in her body. And shopping for tops that didn't take real, human proportions into consideration was chipping away at her self-esteem. It was time for a radical change in perspective.

Pebby created her own line of tees with one significant tweak: A universally flattering side-slit design that looked great and felt amazing. Finally, she loved what she saw when she looked in the mirror.

As Pebby's confidence grew, so did her tribe of loyal followers. Today, Pebby Forevee is a community built on self-love and acceptance, feeling yourself day in and day out — without anyone's permission but your own.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Fulfillment

• Pick, pack, ship and prepare ecommerce orders accurately and efficiently.
• Verify product quality, sizes, and customization details before shipment.

Apparel Printing & Production

• Operate heat press.
• Prepare transfer artwork materials for print runs.
• Ensure consistent print quality standards and meet production deadlines.

Inventory & Warehouse Operations

• Receive, stock, and organize raw materials, blanks, and supplies.
• Perform inventory counts and assist with cycle counts.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with company standards.

Shipping & Logistics

• Process shipping labels and documentation through ecommerce platforms (Shopify, ShipStation, etc.).
• Stage and hand off packages for carrier pick-up.
• Meet same-day or next-day shipping requirements to support customer satisfaction.

Team & Continuous Improvement

• Collaborate with team members to improve efficiency and workflows.
• Assist with troubleshooting production or fulfillment issues.

Work Experience:

• Previous experience in ecommerce fulfillment, distribution, or apparel printing preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with Shopify, ShipStation, Fishbowl or similar platforms a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Our side slit tees are manufactured in California, and printed to order in Ohio and Virginia before making it to your door!
