Job Description

One of our clients in the banking industry is looking for an Executive Assistant that will play a vital role in enriching and supporting their vibrant and welcoming team. The Executive Assistant will be supporting executive leaders and be the go-to person for facilitating effective collaboration across departments.

***Only 10 days a month onsite in Phoenix AZ or Raleigh NC.***

The Executive Assistant will develop engaging content and events that boost associate engagement, organize exciting townhalls and Quarterly Business Reviews, and plan memorable team events. The Executive Assistant will also be proficient with Power BI and Tableau, enabling them to effectively analyze and visualize data. The Executive Assistant will have a strong understanding of corporate communications along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Products such as PowerPoint, Teams, Office, and Visio. The Executive Assistant will also have the willingness to learn and develop professionally is essential, as it ensures continuous growth and adaptation in a dynamic work environment. The Executive Assistant will support, collaborate, and assistant their high-level departments.

This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $35 - $45 / hr. w2

Responsibilities

  • Proficient in organizing and coordinating publications in a timely manner, with experience in maintaining department documentation, coordinating meetings, and arranging all necessary logistics and materials for events.
  • Required knowledge and experience with Power BI and Tableau.
  • Preferred background in Executive Administration, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, and experience in intranet writing, presentation, and web design.
  • Strong understanding of corporate communications and proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (PowerPoint, Teams, Office, and Visio), with a willingness to learn and develop professionally within a dynamic organization.
