Executive Assistant to CEO, Tech Firm, Mid-town, Hybrid
Our client, a technology company that provides solutions to optimize the management of facilities, is looking for an Executive Assistant to the CEO. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a very tech savvy CEO and play a critical role in helping him “take things off his plate” by doing research, attending meetings and following up on action items. The ideal candidate has 5+ years as an Executive Assistant in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the tech space. An interest in working with and using AI technology a big PLUS. This is a local remote role, meeting in the midtown office as needed depending on what is going on with the CEO.
