Job Description

Our client is in need of someone to help the facilities team in their New York office.

• Pay rate: $28
• Long term temp with potential for perm – if it becomes perm, will pay approximately 60k
• 7am start – 4pm departure

Responsibilities:

• Receiving all deliveries for office
• Organizing storage cabinets
• Constant surveying and restocking of snacks, drinks, refrigerators, etc. and keeping kitchen areas clean and tidy
• Lifting and putting away deliveries (must be able to lift at least 15 pounds)
• Several times a day, take cart down to lobby to pick up lunch deliveries for employees (3-4x/day)
• Load dishwasher throughout day and unload in morning
• Pack uneaten fresh food to be picked up for donation 2x/week
• Receive and set up weekly office-wide catered breakfasts (Wednesdays)
• Maintaining coffee machines – ensuring they have all ingredients stocked (espresso, milks, etc.) and clean machines as needed
• Stock restrooms with personal products as needed

Qualifications:

• Personable, approachable
• Inventory management experience preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) very helpful
• Office experience required, ideally in a fast-paced office of at least 100 people in NYC (professional services environment)
