JOB PURPOSE: As part of the Trueblood settlement, the state is funding enhanced engagement to connect individuals detained in city and county jails with services. The Forensic Program Project Manager oversees the day-to-day operations and staff of the Forensic HARPS (FHARPS), Forensic PATH (FPATH), and Outpatient Restoration Competency Program (ORCP). This role ensures that services across programs are trauma-informed, participant-driven, and culturally inclusive. The Manager provides supervision, guidance, and training to team members, ensures program fidelity, and strengthens partnerships with community stakeholders. This position plays a key role in aligning housing, outreach, and competency restoration services to reduce recidivism, support recovery, and promote stability in the community.

PREFERRED ADDITIONAL CREDENTIALS/EXPERIENCE:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science or a related field
Licensure: Currently holds a Certified Peer Support Specialist credential
Experience: Has an understanding of Peer Support ethical and practice guidelines of being open minded, recovery oriented, hopeful, respectful, empathetic agent of change, strengths focused, and person centered.
