We’re hiring! Arrae is a leading wellness brand specializing in 100% natural supplements to help everyday issues. As we continue to grow at an accelerated pace, we are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. You’ll play an essential role in shaping our brand’s identity — designing everything from website assets to ads, email, organic social, events & activations, and more. This role is ideal for someone who is motivated, works quickly and efficiently, and has a passion for wellness and supplements. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply strong design principles with an emphasis on attention to detail, ensuring all designs meet brand standards and guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with email and creative teams to design weekly emails, including building in Klayvio.
• Support design team where needed on various projects, including web assets, organic social, ads, and more.
• Assist the product development team in updating print ready design files for packaging.
• Stay up to date with design trends, particularly in the wellness space.

Qualifications:

• 3-4 years of graphic design experience 
• Degree in Fine Arts, Marketing, Design, or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma – familiarity with Klayvio is a plus
• 2+ years of experience in a professional design setting, preferably within wellness, beauty, or lifestyle brands
• Strong portfolio showcasing skills in graphic design, typography, color, and layout
• Ability to create and translate designs across multiple platforms - adjusting designs to live seamlessly across ads/emails/social
• Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure all designs meet brand standards
• Positive, proactive, and eager to learn and grow
• Experience in ecommerce and/or DTC brands is a plus
