About the Opportunity

True Vision Enterprises is seeking driven, ambitious, and career-minded individuals to join our team as High-Performance Sales Trainees . As a trainee, you'll gain first-hand experience in client acquisition, brand representation, and market development, all while being mentored by some of the top performers in our company. This role provides a structured path to management with hands-on training in leadership, business development, and sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage directly with customers to promote brand awareness and provide tailored product recommendations.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, delivering outstanding service and support.
• Work collaboratively with team members and leadership to refine sales strategies and reach performance goals.
• Represent client brands with professionalism and integrity at various marketing and outreach events.
• Continuously expand product knowledge and stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activity.
• Track sales activity and performance metrics to ensure alignment with company targets.

Qualifications:

• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong desire to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibility.
• Self-starter with a competitive mindset and a commitment to achieving goals.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
