We’re Hiring: Purpose-Driven Housing Specialist (Treasure Valley, ID)
Location: Must be local to the Treasure Valley, ID
Type: 1099 Contractor
Hours: Full-time, 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday
Work Environment: Remote and work-from-home at this time
Pay: $25/hr

As a Housing Specialist, you play a central role in that purpose.
This isn’t just about property coordination or customer service. It’s about stepping into someone’s crisis and helping solve it with professionalism, urgency, and care. You’ll be responsible for getting families placed quickly and making sure their transition feels smooth and supported from start to finish.
What You’ll Do
• Respond to new housing inquiries from insurance companies, partners, or directly from families
• Collect and document key information about housing needs, budgets, and timelines
• Locate and secure available homes from our portfolio or partner properties
• Communicate clearly and professionally with insurance adjusters, clients, and vendors
• Prepare quotes, follow up for approvals, draft lease agreements, and conduct background checks
• Coordinate utilities, Wi-Fi, and cleanings to ensure homes are move-in ready
• Keep systems updated, manage follow-ups, and ensure every detail is tracked and completed
You will be the point person making sure a family goes from “we don’t know where we’re going to live” to “we’re taken care of.”
