Full Job Description:
Refuse Fab is expanding its workforce! We are seeking an experienced industrial painter to join our team. This position is in a manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate for this position will be an independent worker. They should be capable of properly mixing painting materials, prepping surfaces and throughly cleaning equipment after use. Pay is based on experience and capabilities.
Job Specifics:
Prep surfaces and apply undercoating material to carbon and aluminum surfaces
Measure and mix paint, chemicals, coating and additives per product specifications
Capable of operating paint spray guns
Must be able to properly maintain equipment including cleaning and flushing sprayers and hoses on a daily basis
General Requirements:
Able to lift and carry 50 lbs
Must be able to keep a tidy work area
Able to stand for long periods of time
Must have own reliable mode of transportation
Must be able to understand MSDS and safety hazards related to work environment
Be able to safely operate all equipment related to job tasks
High School Diploma or GED preferred
2+ years experience as an industrial painter required
