We are looking for an  Infant Teacher  who is caring, nurturing, and deeply committed to the social, emotional, and developmental needs of our youngest learners. This is more than a job — it’s a chance to  help shape the first chapter of a child’s story .

What You’ll Do:

• Create a warm, responsive, and safe environment for infants to explore and grow
• Build strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and fellow team members
• Plan engaging, developmentally appropriate activities that support learning through play
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting classroom space
• Communicate daily with families, sharing milestones and memorable moments
• Collaborate with your team to ensure our high-quality standards are met and exceeded

• Is passionate about early childhood education and understands infant development
• Is patient, loving, and responsive to each child’s needs
• Can work as part of a strong, positive, and supportive team
• Is reliable, professional, and ready to grow within our organization
• Has excellent communication skills and a desire to partner with families

Requirements:

• Experience working with infants (child care setting preferred)
• CDA, Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, or willingness to work toward credentials (preferred but not required)
• Ability to meet state licensing requirements for child care staff
