Responsibilities:

• Litigate Insurance Defense Cases – Defend $2M–$20M aviation claims in NY and federal courts, including product liability and operator disputes.
• Draft Motions – Prepare motions to dismiss and summary judgment briefs, aligning with 2025 NY insurance and FAA regulations.
• Analyze Policies – Prepare coverage opinions for aviation-related CGL and specialty lines.
• Conduct Depositions – Question aviation experts and insurers to challenge claims.
• Review Reports – Assess FAA and NTSB compliance to strengthen defense strategies.
• Manage Discovery – Ensure compliance with international protocols in multi-jurisdictional cases.
• Prepare Arbitration Materials – Draft submissions for global aviation disputes.
