💼 Position: Insurance Defense Associate
• Represent insurance carriers in high-stakes litigation across core practice areas
• Lead cases from beginning to end, including drafting motions, conducting discovery, and taking depositions
• Actively prepare for and engage in trials
• Maintain strong, proactive communication with clients
✅ Qualifications:
• At least 2 years of insurance defense litigation experience
• Background in premises liability, transportation, construction defect, or product liability preferred
• Strong litigation and case handling skills
• Interest in courtroom advocacy and client engagement
💰 Compensation & Perks:
• Base Salary: Up to $170k + performance bonuses
• Quarterly bonus for exceeding 1,900 billable hours annually
