Label Purchasing & Logistics Documentation Manager – Dietary Supplements

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all product labels and shipping documentation comply with industry regulations and are accurately processed through every stage of their respective workflows. You will work closely with label vendors, bulk material suppliers, shipping brokers and cross-functional internal teams including marketing, design, compliance, quality assurance, and shipping. Your focus will be on ensuring timely receipt of product labels and bulk materials.

Key Responsibilities:

Label & Documentation Reviews

• Ensure label designs meet regulatory guidelines and accurately convey product information.
• Manage the workflow of label orders, including tracking components through all stages.
• Review and confirm label proofs and supplier Certificates of Analysis (COAs).
• Execute SFP reviews and comprehensive compliance assessments.
• Review all bulk material documentation and shipping details.
• Implement incremental improvements to optimize labeling procedures.
• Collaborate with the business operations team to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Order and Shipping Coordination:

• Manage product label ordering and receiving processes.
• Oversee the outbound shipment of product labels to vendors.
• Work closely with our shipping broker and manage all inbound shipments.
• Organize and maintain the master shipping documents.
• Timely and accurately provide the import broker with all required FDA and US Customs documentation.
• Oversee FDA clearance statuses for active international shipments

Preferred Qualifications

• A technical college degree (preferred but not required).
• Expertise in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, or Asana.
