Minimum Requirements:
-Eighteen (18) years old
-Valid Driver's License to conduct business travel
-Bilingual as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
Preferred (Not Required):
-Experience in property management or leasing
-Experience reviewing contracts
Job Duties:
-Assist potential tenants in the leasing process, including application completion and property tours
-Provide exceptional customer service to all prospective tenants and ensure a positive experience
-Collaborate with the property management team to maintain property occupancy and ensure leasing goals are met
-Handle lease and rental inquiries and facilitate the resolution of tenant issues when necessary
-Support the marketing and promotion of available properties to attract potential tenants
-Frequently travel between properties, including walking, standing, and conducting on-site inspections
-Lift and carry items up to 25 lbs (e.g., files, small equipment, signage)
-Regular use of computers, phones, and standard office equipment
-Perform work in both office and on-site property environments, with occasional exposure to outdoor weather conditions
-Fast-paced, deadline-driven setting requiring multitasking and occasional after-hours availability
-Other duties as assigned by the Director of Property Management
-Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
-Multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
-Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

-Population of apartment complex is 90% Spanish speaking
Hours:
-Full time, Monday to Friday
Wages and Benefits:
-$19 to $21 per hour - depending on experience
-Medical, dental, vision and life insurance
