Job Description

This position is for a LISW-S to provide board-required supervision for LSWs in a group supervision format. The LISW-S should also be available as requested outside of group supervision.

Capital Private Psychological Services is an established and growing private mental health practice in Columbus, Ohio. This clinician must be licensed to practice therapy in the state of Ohio.

Specific supervision responsibilities include:

• Leading group supervision for 2 hours/ week
• Bring information to group supervision that is relevant to the development of supervisees
• Provide feedback for case presentation
• Provide general guidance on professional matters to supervisees

• This is a 1099 Contractor position and does not offer benefits.

Qualifications :

- A Master's or Doctorate-Level degree is required

- An active LISW-S license in the state of Ohio

- A working knowledge of theories and practices

- An ability to build and maintain professional helping relationships

- A resiliency along with an ability to assess situations
