Our client, a respected law firm in Washington, DC, is seeking a Litigation Paralegal with at least 3 years of experience to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and being a key member of a trial team.
Responsibilities:
Draft, format, and file pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents in state and federal courts
Manage case files and organize large volumes of documents, including electronic discovery and productions
Conduct legal research and cite-check briefs
Assist with deposition preparation, trial exhibits, witness files, and trial binders
Coordinate with attorneys, clients, and outside vendors to ensure deadlines are met
Provide general litigation support throughout all phases of case management and trial
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience in a law firm environment
Strong knowledge of federal and state court rules and filing procedures
Proficiency in litigation support software, e-discovery platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under tight deadlines
