Job Description

Our client, a respected law firm in Washington, DC, is seeking a Litigation Paralegal with at least 3 years of experience to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and being a key member of a trial team.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft, format, and file pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents in state and federal courts

  • Manage case files and organize large volumes of documents, including electronic discovery and productions

  • Conduct legal research and cite-check briefs

  • Assist with deposition preparation, trial exhibits, witness files, and trial binders

  • Coordinate with attorneys, clients, and outside vendors to ensure deadlines are met

  • Provide general litigation support throughout all phases of case management and trial

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience in a law firm environment

  • Strong knowledge of federal and state court rules and filing procedures

  • Proficiency in litigation support software, e-discovery platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under tight deadlines
