About Us:

We are a growing company seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring the safe, efficient, and smooth operation of multiple commercial locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems , with the ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment across various sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on commercial equipment, including electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and complete repairs in a timely manner.
• Order and track parts as necessary to complete maintenance and repair tasks.
• Prepare accurate site visit reports and maintenance logs.
• Coordinate with management to schedule projects and repairs efficiently.
• Safely operate tools, equipment, and vehicles while adhering to all company safety standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in electrical, plumbing, and mechanical maintenance in a commercial or industrial environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs or more, climb ladders, and work in wet environments or extreme weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between multiple sites as needed.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
