We are seeking a Marketing Project Coordinator to lead and execute strategic marketing efforts across our brands and restaurant locations.

The Marketing Project Coordinator plays a vital role in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns and initiatives. This detail-oriented professional serves as the operational backbone of the marketing team, ensuring projects move forward efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality.

They are expected to uphold the standards set by Centennial Hospitality Group (CHG) for Quality, Service, Value, Pride, Positive Energy, and Development while assisting in preparing the company for measured and aggressive growth. 

+Key Responsibilities

  • Events management and community engagement coordination
  • Coordinate and track multiple marketing projects simultaneously from conception to completion
  • Social media campaign coordination
  • Coupon management, promo code production and communication
  • Marketing inventory: sourcing, production, and distribution
  • New Restaurant Opening coordination of assets, communication, events, and activities
  • Create and maintain project schedules, timelines, and documentation
  • Facilitate communication between internal teams, stakeholders, and external vendors
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, notes, and action items
  • Monitor project budgets and maintain expense records
  • Campaign coordination (production of instore and POP assets)
  • Assist in organizing marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities
  • Manage digital asset libraries and ensure proper file organization
  • Marketing inventory management of brand assets and SWAG
  • Support the development and production of marketing materials
  • Coordinate approval processes for marketing deliverables
  • Track project KPIs and compile performance reports

+Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing or project coordination
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management abilities and deadline orientation
  • Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office suite
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands
  • Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms
  • Knowledge of digital marketing best practices

  • Understanding of marketing analytics

Office Environment
