Job Description

Allied Resources is hiring a Mechanical Engineer for a private employee owned engineering firm with experience developing scope and schedule for a MEP project portfolio. This is a direct-hire with a base salary ranging up to $150,000 and a comprehensive benefits plan.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage project deliverables and project execution including process, piping/plumbing, and mechanical designs.
• Work with the Project Managers to develop the scope of work and budget, and assess the deliverables of the projects.
• Execute scope of work for mechanical or utility design based on preliminary review and meetings with the clients.
• Prepare engineering studies and schematic designs for new systems and analyze the operation of existing systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (required).
• Engineering P.E. License (required).
• 7+ years of work with design engineering projects, or related experience.
• Working knowledge of knowledge of HVAC, fire protection, dust collection systems, filters, etc.
• Work with client site visits as needed (up to 20% travel required).
