🎯 Mid-Market Account Executive | AI SaaS | $125k–$140k Base + Equity | SF or Remote

KTS Group is working with a fast-growing, Series B-backed AI voice platform to hire a Mid-Market Account Executive who thrives in fast cycles, technical sales, and full ownership of their pipeline. If you love selling into product and engineering teams, and you move fast without dropping the ball—this one's for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver tight discovery calls and high-impact, value-led demos
• Build and qualify pipeline through outbound, creative plays, and events
• Sell to product managers, engineers, ops and IT leaders —often from first call
• Prioritize like a pro: manage a high volume of deals while keeping hygiene and hit rates sharp
• Be part of a sales culture where MEDDPICC , Command of the Message , and fast feedback loops matter

Who You Are:

• ✅ 2–5 years of experience closing full-cycle SaaS sales
• ✅ Proven success in high-output environments , consistently hitting quota
• ✅ Closed deals in the $50k–300k ACV range
• ✅ Comfortable selling to technical stakeholders and across multiple buyer personas
• ✅ Self-starter with outbound and inbound sales experience
• ⭐️ You’ve worked at a startup, and you don’t need a perfect playbook to make things happen
• ⭐️ You understand LLMs, APIs, call deflection, agent assist , and can explain them without sounding like ChatGPT

Role Details:

• 💰 Salary: $125k–$140k base + generous equity
• 🌎 Location: SF preferred, remote possible for exceptional candidates
