About the Role
We’re looking for a National Sales Manager – Club/Select to lead our growth within the club and select sports market. This individual will focus on building strong relationships with large organizations across the country, helping them elevate their brand and outfit their athletes.
The right candidate will be a relationship-driven professional with a deep understanding of the club sports landscape and a proven track record of growing accounts and delivering exceptional service.
National Sales Manager Task
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan targeting top club and select sports organizations nationwide.
Build and maintain strong relationships with club directors, program administrators, and key decision-makers.
Collaborate with our existing dealership network to strengthen relationships and align efforts that serve club and select organizations.
Represent PROLOOK at major tournaments, showcases, and events to expand awareness and relationships.
Work closely with internal teams—including product development, marketing, and operations—to ensure a premium experience for every organization.
Identify opportunities for growth and partnership within the club space.
Track sales performance, analyze trends, and report key insights to leadership.
As the business grows, help develop and lead a team focused on the club/select channel.
Requirements
5+ years of sales experience in team sports, apparel, or related industries.
Proven success developing and managing large accounts or partnerships.
Strong understanding of the club/select sports market.
Excellent relationship-building, presentation, and communication skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Ability to travel nationally to meet with organizations and attend key events.
