Job Description
Network Engineer (5 years experience)
Location: Remote
Need MMDD/Last 4
Must have strong experience with Cisco Firewalls / Switches and Palo Alto
Location: anywhere in the US. Cisco commands - MUST BE ABLE TO WRITE COMMANDS IN SLEEP.. Meaning must be well experienced Cisco, Switches, routers. Servers etc. Candidates will not get on the job training or reference to manuals.
MUST HAVE SKILLS:
Minimum 5 years of experience in installation of network switches, routers, firewalls and confguration to support production. Must be familar with latest versions of Cisco, Palo Alto products, rules, policies and technologies.
Here are the skills we are looking for below.
Skillset:
Someone who can Configure ports, configure servers, network commands. We are installing cameras for the client - the cable vendor does the physical install, we configure the camera and port to match the vlan.
MUST HAVE HANDS ON EXPERIENCE AND Understanding of networking, layer 1 to layer 3 on Cisco devices and respective commands
Configure switch ports
Trace MAC addresses
Cisco commands - MUST BE ABLE TO WRITE IN SLEEP.. Meaning must be well EXPERIENCED. No on the job training or reference to manuals.
Troubleshoot end user devices
