Your Role as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA):

  • Provide occupational therapy treatments to individuals in their homes under the supervision of a Registered Occupational Therapist
  • Monitor patients’ progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
  • Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic activities to improve daily living skills
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation to ensure high-quality patient care

What We’re Looking For:

  • Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) with licensure in Massachusetts
  • Minimum 1 year of clinical experience
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
  • Home healthcare experience preferred, but not required
