Job Title: Operations Specialist II
Pay Rate: $21.00 - $24.00 hourly (w2)
Start/End Dates: May 19, 2025 - May 18, 2027
Work Location: Fort Worth - Oak Grove
Shifts Available:
1st Shift (6 AM - 3 PM CST)
2nd Shift (11 AM - 8 PM CST)
Job Responsibilities:
- Configure systems and specifications to meet system, operational, and process requirements.
- Revise existing systems and test functionality to address deficiencies while ensuring process improvement, data integrity, and input/output requirements.
- Document testing, updates, modifications, and configurations as needed.
- Undertake systems analysis, management, and implementation projects under strict deadlines and high workloads.
- Provide timely problem resolution to minimize impact on productivity.
- Document, interpret, and translate user needs and issues into functional system requirements and reporting capabilities.
- Analyze challenges and provide data-driven insights to support management’s business decisions regarding system resource deployment.
- Conduct data analysis aligned with business needs.
- Train team members on technical processes and specific tasks, fostering growth in team capability.
- Advise on systems analysis, configuration, administration tasks, and programming-related responsibilities, acting as a technical contact for facilities.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and operational requirements for IT systems implemented at local facilities.
- Oversee the accurate and timely shipment of orders and finished goods to pharmaceutical and consumer customers.
- Communicate priorities, schedules, and distribution strategies aligned with strategic goals.
- Utilize logistics operating systems and technology to coordinate daily operations effectively.
- Analyze and resolve technical issues, addressing systemic challenges and generating timely reports.
- Plan and schedule departmental activities in alignment with production schedules and shifting priorities.
- Maintain effective communication with cross-functional teams (Customer Service, Planning, Production) and customers to address order-related issues.
- Ensure alignment and communication across distribution centers, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Provide technical and operational support to multiple distribution centers, optimizing systems and processes for efficient performance.
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Fluent in reading, writing, understanding, and communicating in English.
- 3 years of relevant experience.
