Baer is looking for Oracle Fusion Cloud Report Developer for a 6 + months Federal Project / Mostly remote, MO.

Title: Oracle Fusion Cloud Report Developer

Location: Mostly remote, onsite in Jefferson City, MO (Once a month- Monday- Thursday)

Duration: 6+ months

Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed

Alignment: W2 or C2C

Description:

Design and develop custom reports and dashboards using Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, Smart View.
Design and customize seeded reports using Oracle BI Publisher.
Enhance existing reports and analytics to meet evolving business requirements.
Create complex SQL queries and PL/SQL scripts to extract data from Oracle Fusion Cloud.
Work closely with business users and analysts to gather reporting requirements.
Translate business needs into technical specifications and report layouts.
Validate and test reports for accuracy, performance, and compliance with organizational standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve reporting issues in a timely manner.
Maintain comprehensive documentation for all report development activities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to interpret report data and ensure it aligns with business objectives.
Ensure alignment with organizational reporting standards and policies.

Requirements:

Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications (Financial, ERP, SCM, etc.).
Proficiency in Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, and Smart View.
Advanced SQL and PL/SQL development skills.
Certification in Oracle Fusion Cloud or Oracle Business Intelligence or PL/SQL (OCA) or Oracle Reports (OCP).
Experience with Fusion Financials, SCM, or HCM modules.
