Job Description

If so, we want to hear from YOU! Our client is a thriving, established healthcare provider that is seeking an experienced Patient Access Manager! This role will mentor their team and oversee ~20 FTEs within registration, authorizations, and financial counseling.

Desired Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of patient access leadership experience that can hit the ground running.
  • Hands on management style that is willing to step in and cover other’s shifts if needed.
  • Is knowledgeable of various laws.
  • Knows the No Surprise Act.
  • Out of the box, critical thinking skills to work with different department’s different processes that will connect to patient access in different fashions.
  • Experience streamlining workflows and processes.
  • Strong mentoring skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
