Personal Injury Paralegal
Experience: 8+ years required
Language: Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred

A well-established law firm in McAllen, TX, is seeking a highly experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to join our team. This role requires a skilled legal professional with a strong background in plaintiff personal injury cases and the ability to manage cases from intake to trial.

• Assist attorneys in all aspects of personal injury litigation, including case management, discovery, and trial preparation.
• Draft and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Coordinate with clients, medical providers, experts, and insurance companies.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries.
• Organize and maintain case files, calendars, and deadlines.
• Manage pre-litigation processes, including demand letters and settlement negotiations.
• Support attorneys in trial preparation, including exhibits, witness coordination, and courtroom logistics.

• Minimum 8 years of experience as a paralegal in personal injury law (plaintiff preferred).
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred to assist Spanish-speaking clients effectively.
• Strong knowledge of Texas personal injury law, court procedures, and litigation processes.
• Proficiency in legal software, case management systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple deadlines.
