Role Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated, organized, and patient-focused individual to lead daily clinical and operational workflows within our retail pharmacy. This role is critical to ensuring our pharmacy operates efficiently, safely, and with a deep commitment to patient care. The Pharmacy Clinical Operations Lead works closely with the pharmacist and broader team to streamline processes, support clinical services, and ensure every patient interaction reflects our standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate daily workflow, including prescription intake, fulfillment, and point-of-sale operations to minimize wait times and maximize accuracy.
• Support and help execute clinical services such as immunizations, point-of-care testing, medication synchronization, and adherence programs.
• Act as the right hand to the pharmacist, anticipating needs, removing barriers, and ensuring smooth handoffs and communication between staff and patients.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and compliant work environment in accordance with company policy and regulatory standards.
• Serve as a go-to resource for pharmacy team members, helping train, guide, and hold others accountable to performance and service standards.
• Monitor prescription queues, resolve issues proactively, and escalate as appropriate to ensure timely and safe medication dispensing.
• Take initiative to improve processes, solve problems, and ensure a high standard of care and customer service at all times.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field preferred.
• Kansas Certified Pharmacy Technician license preferred; not required — we’re willing to train the right candidate who brings strong leadership, organizational, and patient-care qualities.
