The Block Plant Manager oversees all aspects of producing concrete Masonry Units (CMU), Pavers, and Segmented Retaining Wall (SRW).
Block plant experience required: Columbia, Tiger, Besser, Hess or other Block/Paver Machine experience a plus.
Required Skills:
· Experience manufacturing block and pavers.
Preferred Skills:
· Basic knowledge of electronics and programmable controllers
· Knowledge of ASTM standards for manufactured concrete products
· Associates degree and/or 3+ years in a leadership role in a similar industry or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
· Strong working knowledge of OSHA and safety procedures
· Ability to train and instruct employees
