This is a hybrid role based in Austin, requiring 3–4 in-office days per week, with minimal travel.

Role
* Individual contributor role, reporting to the Senior Lead, Presales Engineering. Hybrid schedule (3–4 days in-office, Austin HQ). Minimal travel.
* $180k to $205k+ base, plus RSUs and full benefits package.
* Collaborate with BD teams to win strategic deals by shaping presales solution design, running technical workshops, building proofs of concept, and scoping integrations for enterprise and fintech clients.
* Act as the trusted advisor to partners, translating complex business requirements into scalable API-first payment solutions.
* Candidates must bring 2+ years of presales or solution engineering experience in payments, fintech, or API integrations, ideally with exposure to enterprise-scale projects.

We are looking for a Presales Consultant to join our team in Austin and play a crucial role in winning sales opportunities by solving our partner’s most complex problems. We’ll look to you as a key contributor of the presales function within the North American region, helping achieve growth objectives while consulting closely with our product, sales, and delivery teams to design solutions that we can deliver efficiently and with quality.
As a Presales Consultant, your success will be driven by an ability to understand customer requirements, showcase the platform value proposition, and earn the trust of key decision-makers.
You will apply your expertise and product knowledge to design intelligent and scalable payment solutions for our prospective partners. This will require you to work cross-functionally to build strategies to successfully navigate complex sales cycles, deliver product demos, and lead compelling solution presentations.
