Job Title: Charter Sales Advisor

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated Private Charter Broker to join our growing team. As a key member of our brokerage team, you will play a pivotal role in managing all aspects of private aircraft charter bookings, from client inquiries to flight coordination. Responsibilities:  

  • Prospect for new clientele through cold calling, email marketing campaigns, networking, and internal client leads.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients seeking private aircraft charter services, understanding their travel needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions. 
  • Source and negotiate charter options with aircraft operators and vendors to secure the best available options for clients, considering factors such as pricing, availability, and aircraft suitability. 
  • Coordinate all aspects of charter bookings, including flight itineraries, ground transportation, catering, and special requests, ensuring seamless travel experiences for clients. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and assistance throughout the charter process to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. 
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and enhance service offerings. 

Preferred Qualifications:  

  • A bachelor's degree in business, Aviation Management, or a related field is preferred but not required. 
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in private aviation, luxury travel, or a similar industry, with a proven track record in sales or client relationship management preferred but not required. 
  • Strong understanding of private aircraft charter operations, including aircraft types, regulations, and market dynamics. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients. 
  • Exceptional negotiation and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
