RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Set up and prepare for all Lab Dip, Shade Band, Pre production & Production Samples for Testing.
• Labeling approved samples and prepare for customers approval.
• Manage all production from start to finish for Accessories categories.
• Organize and maintain all Work in Progress calendars for each season.
• Creation of products & Vendor Purchase Orders using in house system
• Must have knowledge of production time frames and understand how all cross functional rolls work together.
• Communicate with vendors daily for any outstanding swatches or samples.
• Approve all Labels, hangers, Hang tags context and Care Labels
• Create/Maintain all ECOMM spreadsheets
• Daily follow up with China factories on Lab Dip, Shade Band, PP and TOP
• Review all shipping documents to ensure quantities, prices and overall information matches the vendor purchase orders.
• Tracking, follow up, receiving and checking spec cards for TOPs
• Tracking, follow up, receiving and logging in all photo samples
• Follow up on missing Pos and updating WIP and MAs
• Generate and follow up on UPC codes , provides to QVC
• Inspection detail sheets and log
• Generate Tech Pack copies to email factory and log in and send out production folders
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Previous experience with cold weather and soft accessories categories
• Previous experience with Wal-Mart
• Familiarity with Consumer Testing Laboratories application and submittal processes
• Ability to communicate clearly
• Excellent follow-up and follow- through skills.
• Ability to act as liaison between several departments.
• Detail orientated with good organizational skills
